Naples Airport (IATA: NAP; ICAO: LIRN), is the international airport serving Naples (Napoli), in Italy. It is located in Capodichino, in the Naples district, about 7 km away from Naples city centre.

NAP International Airport has two passenger terminals: Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Within the Terminals you can find the following services and facilities:

Banking

You’ll find Intesa Sanpaolo bank at the Terminal 1, Departures Area open from 8:30h to 13:30h and from 14:45h to 16:15h (14th August, 19th September, 24th December and 31rst December open just from 8:30h to 14:45h. Cash points can be found in both Arrivals and Departures areas.

Internet Access

Transport

City bus and suburban bus services, taxi service (in front of the Arrivals area), Car rental services.

Ticket offices

At the Departures area, open from 5:00h to 20:30h. For further information: biglietteria@alisud.com

Post office, exchange office:

Located in the Terminal 1, within the Departures area. Open from Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 13:30h and Saturday from 8:00h to 12:30h. You can exchange money with Travelex at both areas Departures and Arrivals (in the Departures you’ll find it after the security check-in).

Luggage protection

You’ll find the Safe Bag points at the Departures areaof Terminals. The service costs 9,90 €.

Travel Agency

DUSILA Travel Agency is located in the Arrivals area (ground floor) and it opens from Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 19:00h, and weekends from 10:00h to 18:00h.

Inter-Faith Chapel

Naples Airport has an Inter-faith Chappel outside the Departures area of the passenger Terminal open from 9:00h to 18:00h.

Cargo Shipping and Collection

Health Service

NAP Airport provides First aid to its passengers available at the Arrivals area, offering a 24h assistance.

Lost Property Service

It opens from Monday to Friday from 9:30h to 13:30h and from 14:30h to 16:30h. Contact mail: lostproperty@gesac.it

PRM

For persons who need a special assistance at the airport it is recommended to contact the airport with at least 48 hours in advance to ask for special services provided by the airline (it is also recommended to check if the airline provides these services in advance). There are the following codes refering to various types of disabilities:
o BLND: visually impaired or blind passengers
o WCHR: passengers who have difficulties in walking long distances but can go up and down the aircraft access stairs and walk without assistance
o WCHS: passengers who cannot go up and down the aircraft access stairs unaided, but who are able to walk around inside the plane without assistance
o WCHC: passengers who are completely unable to move, are not self-sufficient aboard and require total assistance.
o DEAF: passengers who is deaf or hard of hearing
o DPNA: passengers with intellectual or behavioural disabilities

Delay/ Cancellation Certificates

If your flight has been cancelled or delayed you need to ask an special certification downloading it online and send it to: customer_service@gesac.it

VIP Lounge

Naples Airport VIP Lounge is the place to relax and to wait comfortably for you flight. It is located in the Departures boarding area, in front of the gate C17, open from 5:00h to 21:00h. You can purchase this VIP service for 22 € at the automated kiosks you’ll find in the first floor next to the Security control or also at the Lounge.

Fast Track

This is the service to speed your security checks to the boarding gate, to avoid queues. The service costs 5 € and you can purchase it at the automated kiosks located at the first floor of NAP Airport, before the Security control.

Luggage Storage

This service is located at the floor 1 of the Terminal at the Departures area. One day of Luggage storage service costs 9 €, luggage storage + fast track service cost 12 € and Storage objects not allowed on board 4 €. It is open from 5:00h to 22:00h. For further information: +39.081/7896555.

Fidelity Card
